Client Conduct and Scope of Services

1. VIP Group Services The services provided under the VIP group include regular meetings, ongoing support, participation in group discussions, and phone calls through Zoom. However, the VIP group services  do not include other offerings such as the "Crypto Beginners to Professional" course. These additional services are available at an extra cost and are not part of the VIP package.

2. Scope of Services The services provided in the VIP group are strictly educational and do not include financial, legal, or investment advice. Clients acknowledge that the services are designed to provide general knowledge and are not a substitute for professional advice. This is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring that services are provided with due care and skill.

3. Service Duration The VIP group services are time-bound and will not extend beyond the typical bull market period, which generally starts in 2024 and is expected to conclude by mid-2025. Clients understand that the services are linked to this period and will not be available beyond its conclusion.

4. Proper Conduct Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all interactions, including group meetings and online discussions. Disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior towards the service provider or other participants is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the services.

5. Liability for Disruption Clients who engage in disruptive behavior or attempt to cause harm to the group or the service provider may be held liable for any damages resulting from their actions. Such behavior constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of their access to services without a refund, in accordance with the ACL.

6. Removal from Services The service provider reserves the right to remove any client from the services if they violate these terms, including breaches under the ACL. The removal will be at the discretion of the service provider, and the client will be notified in writing of the reasons for their removal.

7. Compliance with ACL  All services provided are in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
